Innovatek Solutions provides digital services including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, content writing, UI/UX design, graphic design, video editing, and voice over services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or written agreement.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your organization.
A nonrefundable deposit is required before work begins, as specified in your project proposal.
Remaining payments are due according to the milestone schedule.
Final deliverables are released only after full payment.
Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of work.
Payments are generally nonrefundable once work has commenced.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials
Respond to feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
Ensure all materials provided are legally owned or licensed by you
Pay all invoices on time
Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional charges.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.
Preexisting tools, code libraries, design systems, and processes used in the project remain the property of Innovatek Solutions.
Thirdparty assets (plugins, fonts, stock images) remain subject to their original license terms.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The number of revision rounds included is specified in each project proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
When using our website, you agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic numbers, lead generation, or sales results, as these depend on factors beyond our control.
While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee that deliverables will be entirely free from bugs or compatibility issues across all environments.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:
All work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is payable
Nonrefundable deposits will be retained
Final deliverables will be released only after full payment
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through goodfaith discussion first, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
