The main challenge was making a large property database easy to explore. For example, a user looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown Dubai under AED 2M should be able to filter by location, price, property type, payment plan, and agent contact without wasting time.
The goal was to create a clean, premium, and lead-focused website that helps users find suitable properties faster and contact the right agent with confidence.
